Building on a solid foundation and the success of last year, we are expanding our sales and lettings division. We currently have the following vacancies:

Maintenance/Handy-Person

We are seeking a maintenance/handy-person to be responsible for:

• Property maintenance and repairs
• Tenant move-in/move-out
• Sales/lettings boards
• General day-to-day tasks

To be considered for this role, applicants will:

• Be able to demonstrate a history of dependability and trustworthiness
• Have an organised, self sufficient and professional approach with an eye to detail
• Be computer literate with good written English
